Who is filing planning applications in Guernsey
Every architect and surveyor this site can tie to planning applications by application number, and how many they filed in each window. 46 firms, 1,796 applications. Useful two ways: an owner choosing a firm can see who is actually active and how often their applications are granted, and a firm can see where it sits against the rest of the island.
This site's planning dataset runs out of received dates at 2025-10-09 — the States' own register keeps going, but our snapshot stops there. So the three windows are counted back from that date rather than from today. A "12 weeks from today" column would show zero for every firm on this page and wrongly suggest the island had stopped building. Anything filed since 2025-10-09 is simply not in here yet.
